          Rural Education & Child Health Society aims at protecting the rights of the children and women since 1993 across northern districts of Karnataka.  We contributed significantly towards a safer community for children and women by touching lives of over 30000 in the last two decades.  We are committed and focused on providing a safe childhood with freedom and women-friendly communities around. 

About Founder:

K.Budeppa is born 20/6/1963 at   Boodinahal village. Sunkeshral Tq: Devadurga, Dist: Raichur. He completes his primary education in  Boodinal, Higher primary education in Haddinal, High school Gabbur. Then he completes his education in Raichur.

           Before the establishment of the institution. K. Budeppa worked Science 1985 to 1990 in “Samuha Samsthe” at Devadurga as an Educational Co-Originator and supervisor for five years.

       He worked for two years ( 1990 -1993) in “Sabala Samsthe” at Bijapur. Underworld food Programme, at Sindagi Taluka. Later a He left Sabala organization. With the help of his friends from Tangadgi village of Muddebihal Taluk, He decided to stay in Tangadadi village and undertook a study on child marriage and child labour. To address the issues of the children and women. He registered REACHES-India, as a society on 10.03.1993.
